The process, in plain language
Applying to Ahmad Academy is meant to be straightforward. We do not ask for donations, we do not run a quiet "preferred list", and we publish our fee structure openly. If there is a seat in the right year group and your child meets the academic expectation for that stage, your child is welcome.
The whole process typically takes about a week from first enquiry to first day of school. The fastest path is to start with the enquiry form below — we'll respond within 48 hours with confirmation of seat availability and an invitation to visit the campus.
If you'd rather visit first, the school office is open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. No appointment is needed for a campus tour, although calling ahead lets us make sure the head of section is free to meet you.
What to bring on assessment day
- Child's B-form (original + photocopy).
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Previous school's last report card (if applicable).
- Parent's CNIC (original + photocopy).
- A water bottle and a snack for your child.
The placement assessment lasts about 30 minutes. We do not coach for it and we do not recommend that families try to — its only purpose is to confirm the right starting point.
Transparent fee structure
Published openly. No "admission panel" deciding what to charge on a case-by-case basis. The same structure applies to every family.

Sibling discount: 10% on monthly tuition for the second child, 15% for the third and onwards. Need-based scholarships are available — please ask the office.
